We at JAM Cycle understand that life happens. That’s why we have a more understanding cancellation policy to accommodate that life!
Any cancellation more than 12 hours before a booked class will result in a full refund of the credit. If you have to late cancel, we will also give you two late cancels in a year for those things times life comes up. If you are on an unlimited monthly pass, you will get two additional late cancellations in a year.
Once you have surpassed that limit, we will not be able to refund those passes.
All cancellations must be done through the app. Continued late cancellations may prevent you from taking part in promos, discounts and other opportunities,

Anyone with a late cancellation should also contact Jesse for the refund. This is so we can keep track in one spot so there is no confusion.
If a class is cancelled by an instructor or JAM, there is no penalty to you. This includes classes cancelled due to low attendance.
